Far down the southern road and to the east lies the famed oriental city of
Within the city a variety of small shops may be found selling everything from
fish to magical potions. Near the far east end of the city is a bath house
for tired adventurers to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also a
marketplace bustling with people from across the world selling and buying
goods from the eager merchants. Guards line the road, keeping merchants safe
from thieves and visitors safe from backstabbers. Despite the guards, evil
still does exist in the city. Smugglers loading illegal goods are a common
site and living conditions aren't exactly ideal.
Many different guilds also maintain presences within the city walls, and
thier trainers can offer much to learn. Only those who have properly
developed their skills beforehand are accepted for training at these advanced
places - there is no place for beginners here.
A major landmark here is a small river the cuts through the middle of the
town. Beautiful cherry trees line the banks, making this a perfect place for
a midnight stroll. The water is clear and the river is shallow, perfect for a
mid-afternoon swim. A beautiful bridge links the north and south sides of the
city together and helps bring merchants and travelers in and out of the city.
Nearby, several of the local guilds have built great temples lined with
beautiful gardens to offer peace with the inner soul.
In the southeast corner of the city is a magnificent castle, home of
the merciful Daimyo. The castle sits near the edge of the oceanside
cliffs, and from the castle towers one can look out over the ocean for
a distance of many miles.
