Change player event logs to only hold last 8 login/logoff events.
Add more stats to who -level.
More pk arena fixes.
Optimization and reorg of the 'mob aggro' routines. This rework randomizes
aggro targets, preventing the player at the top of the list from always
getting attacked first.

Fix 80% casting bug in grandfathered spells.

Various minor cleric class updates:
Remove and cure poison improved.
Clumsiness curse improved.
Holy weapon and spirit hammer improved.
Reveal curse mana cost lowered.
Clumsiness changed from level 17 to level 10.
Monitor skill raised from level 4 to level 19.
Charm spell raised from level 15 to level 16.
Enchant armor raised from level 16 to level 20.
Spirit hammer is now part of the 'divine aid' spellgroup.
Faerie fire raised from level 4 to level 5.
Ward good raised from level 23 to level 25.

Group recall cast in your recall no longer recalls you again.
Various minor improvements to the automatic pk arena code.
Add support for member/elder addition and removal to clan log.
Improve knock spell. It should work on objects now.
Minor cleanup to staffcast targetting.
Allow summon to work across greater distances.
The mage spells 'feeble mind', 'weaken', 'clumsiness', and 'lethargy'
have been moved to cleric and installed into the new cleric 'curses'
spellgroup. All of these spells are grandfathered, so if you had
already learned them, they will continue to be usable.

Minor bugfixes to arena code and automatic arena clan wars.
Add support for grandfathering spells when they switch classes.
Fix carry bug in candle spell.

Minor updates to bot detector, and new bot detect stats added.
Weightless containers may now be merged for 1000 credits, see FAQ 2.10.
Minor updates to the object composite for builders. You may see
some changes in enchantable items and objects with spell resistance.
Updates to pk arenas, especially in regard to the 'clanwar' setting.
Addition of basic 'arena event' code, which allows arenas to be run
automatically.

Allow class specific display of spells and skills on web pages. For

Improve rounding of last term in timestamp display.
Autobrief now works when climbing.
Fix missing send when darkening an already dark room.

Make farsee an annoyance spell and reduce saving throws against it.

Improve eloquence filter to include extended ascii transforms.
Add object identify flags to show remarkable/exceptional/epic unique items,

Fix dclient map update bug in resurrect.
Leap attack now costs less movement when it fails.
Color spray, displacement, and all of the invisibility spells have been
put into a 'mage illusion' spellgroup under 'dancing lights'. The level
on invisibility has been raised from 22 to 23.

The new 'prayer for the dying' spell is now dependent on group recall.

The 'climb' command no longer can be used while you're sleeping.
Clan pk rank now times out faster.

The 'boot' command can now be used by clan elders to force unwanted
trespassers in clan areas to recall.
Only clan members can group summon non-members into clan areas.
Player channel 'allow' and 'disallow' commands have been added to let
others use a channel without giving out passwords or admin permissions.
Sending email no longer has room sends.
Raise leader exp at very low levels.

Auction no longer shows the seller of an item (auctions are anonymous.)
On auction termination, the current auctioner is lagged for a short
period of time to allow others to interrupt back-to-back auctioning.

Simplify ownership of clan doors and fix permission problems.
Monster lore will now give a send for intrinsic-wield mobs.
Improve display of clan dues calculations via 'clan dues' for elders.
Poisoning from poisoned attacks has been modified. For low damage hits,
you'll be less likely to be poisoned, and the saving throw widths now
more closely match the other saves and should also reflect percentages
on the stat display.

Improve display of clan fame activity stats on 'clans'.
Fix various display bugs with new clan costs.
Low level exp caps now have a random component added to them.
Recursive carry bug using group summon fixed.

Some changes to userload graphs, and addition of a new graph that tracks
an internal server value (which mortals don't care about.)

Negative cast ability is now more powerful than it used to be.
String change on spellcast fail due to insufficient levels.
A new activity/fame measure has been added for clan rankings.
New clan gold costs have been enabled.
Bound equipment that is dropped and left on the ground will self
destruct in a little over an hour. This should help reduce bound
equipment spam in public areas.
A lot of updates to mortal building permissions for clans and non-clan
rooms. Expect bugs and weirdness.
